NEET 2018: Official Answer Key to be Released soon

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test known as NEET was successfully conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on May 6 for the academic year 2018. The NEET 2018 Result is scheduled to be declared on June 5, 2018. The CBSE may release the NEET 2018 Answer Key within this week i.e. by May 25 or May 26, 2018.

NEET Answer Key will be released on the official website of NEET i.e. cbseneet.nic.in. The candidates who appeared for NEET 2018 examination can raise objections on the provisional Answer Key and later the final Answer Key will be released by the board. According to the tradition followed by the CBSE, the NEET Answer Key is released 1-2 weeks before the declaration of result. Hence, the NEET 2018 Answer Key will soon be released on the official website.

Things to Remember while Challenging NEET Answer Key:

  • The registered candidate is provided with an opportunity to challenge the Answer Key through online mode.
  • The candidate is required to pay Rs. 1000/- per answer challenged. The amount will be refunded if the challenge is accepted by the board.

The candidates must regularly visit the official website of NEET as well as Medical Counselling Committee i.e. mcc.nic.in and the same of colleges and universities accepting NEET score.

About NEET:

The Central Board of Secondary Education every year conducts NEET examination to provide admissions to medical and dental courses offered by the various colleges of India. This year nearly 13 Lakh candidates appeared for NEET 2018. Out of them, 5.80 Lakh candidates were male, and 7.46 Lakh candidates were female.
