NEET 2018: Correction Window Reopened

NEET 2018 Correction Window is available on the official website of NEET i.e. cbseneet.nic.in. This facility has been availed after numerous requests by the registered candidates, as the corrections could not be made after the declaration of results. The NEET 2018 Examination was successfully conducted on May 6, 2018 and the result of the same is expected to be released on June 5, 2018.

The candidates can now make following alterations in their application form if required:

  • Changes in Date of Birth
  • Changes related to Category Status
  • Changes required for PWD candidates

Steps for correction in NEET 2018 Application Form:

  • Visit the official website of NEET i.e. cbseneet.nic.in
  • Click on ‘correction' link available on the homepage
  • The application form will appear on the screen
  • Make necessary changes and submit the form
  • Download the corrected application form for future reference

 

The NEET correction window will close on May 18, 2018 at 5 PM. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to release the NEET 2018 Answer Key by end of this week i.e. by May 20, 2018.

This year nearly 13.26 Lakh Candidates appeared for NEET 2018 Examination which was conducted at 2255 Examination Centres across the country. Out of the total number of candidates, 5.80 Lakh Candidates are male whereas 7.46 Lakh Candidates are female. This year 530 OCI (Overseas Citizen of India), 1842 NRI (Non-Resident Indian), 621 Foreigners and 60 PIOs (Persons of Indian Origin) also appeared for NEET 2018 Examination.
