NEET 2018: Answer Key Releasing Today

NEET 2018 Answer Key is scheduled to be released today on the official website of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). According to the notification released on the official website of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), the Answer Key along with OMR is scheduled to be released today. The Online window to challenge the Answer Key is scheduled to be open from May 27, 2018. The candidates who appeared for NEET 2018 can check the Answer Key today on the official website i.e. cbseneet.nic.in.

Steps to Download NEET Answer Key:

  • Visit the Official website of NEET
  • Click the link ‘Answer Key 2018’ on the right side of the homepage at the official website
  • Download the Answer Key and check your answers

NEET 2018 Marking Scheme- The candidate will be rewarded with additional 4 marks for every correct answer whereas 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

The candidates who wish to challenge the responses released on the OMR sheet. The candidate can challenge the Answer Key by paying Rs. 1000/- as the application fees.

NEET 2018 Counselling:

The NEET counselling procedure for the academic year 2018 will commence from June 12, 2018. The counselling will be conducted through online mode. Every year the NEET counselling is conducted by the Medical Council Committee (MCC).

Seats will be Allotted on the basis of following categories:

  • All India Quota Seats
  • State Government Quota Seats
  • Central Institutions/ Universities/ Deemed University
  • State/ Management/ NRI Quota Seats in Private Medical/ Dental College or any Private University
  • Central Pool Quota Seats

NEET 2018 Cut Off:

The Cut Off for the academic year 2018 is expected to be released in June 2018. Cut Off is the minimum score required to qualify the entrance examination. The NEET Cut Off will be released on the official website.
