NEET 2018: Admit Card Delayed

NEET 2018 Admit Card was scheduled to be released in the second week of April by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). However, the Admit Card has yet not been released and the board has not released any further notification regarding the availability of Admit Card or Hall Ticket. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test i.e. NEET 2018 examination is scheduled to be conducted on May 6, 2018 from 10 AM to 1 PM. The candidates are requested to regularly visit the official website of NEET i.e. cbseneet.nic.in to download their admit cards.

JEE Advanced 2018 Format Changed

NEET 2018 Admit Card will carry following details:

  • Name
  • Roll Number
  • Father's Name
  • Category
  • Sub-Category
  • Passport size photograph
  • Signature
  • Date of Birth
  • Language preferred for Questions in the paper
  • Details about Examination Centre

The admit cards will not be provided by mail or post. The candidate must timely download the admit cards from the official website. According to the notification released by CBSE, it's mandatory to carry Admit Card to the examination hall. The candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without admit card. Apart from Admit Card, the candidates will not be allowed to carry any other material to the examination hall.

Steps to download NEET 2018 Admit card:

  1. The candidate must visit the official website of NEET at cbseneet.nic.in
  2. Click on the link ‘Download Admit card'
  3. Provide the required details on the login page and submit it
  4. Take a printout and do remember to carry it to the examination hall

About NEET:

National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination known as NEET-UG is a national level entrance examination, conducted by Central Board of Secondary education (CBSE) for students aspiring to seek admissions to numerous Under Graduate Medical and Dental Courses in various Government and Private colleges and institutes. The NEET 2018 Question Paper will comprise of 180 Multiple Choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and each question will be provided with four options. The candidate is required to mark the correct one. NEET 2018 result is expected to be declared on June 23, 2018.
