After completion of the second phase of National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) 2019 in the states of Odisha, Siliguri and Karnataka on May 20, 2019, the authority is all set to release the official answer key soon. Those who are not aware should note that in the mentioned states the exam was conducted on a different date than the scheduled date because of the cyclone Fani.

NEET Answer Key 2019, for Odisha, Siliguri and Karnataka candidates where the re-examination was conducted, will be announced soon by the National Testing Agency on its official website ntaneet.nic.in
NEET 2019 in all the other states were conducted on the scheduled date of May 5, 2019 except for Odisha, Siliguri and Karnataka which was affected by the recent cyclone. The authority rescheduled the exam date and now the aspirants are expecting the NEET answer key to be released soon. However, National Testing Agency (NTA) has not announced any date about the release of the Answer Key 2019 on the official website ntaneet.nic.in
The examination was conducted for admission in 66,771 MBBS, 27,148 BDS, other AYUSH and 449 veterinary courses.
NEET Answer Key 2019 will display the correct answers for the question asked in the examination and also give candidates the opportunity to challenge the answer by paying a fee of Rs. 1000 per question. The answer key also allow the candidates to predict their respective scores by comparing their answers with the answer key.
Steps to Download NEET Answer Key:
Step 1: Visit the official website of NEET.
Step 2: After the release of official answer key there will be an active link as “NEET Answer Key 2019” Candidate needs to click on the same.
Step 3: Candidates than need to enter the required details followed by selecting the paper code.
Step 4: On successful submission of details, the answer key will appear on the screen.
Candidates are advised to download the Answer Sheet and take a print out of the same for future reference.
How to Challenge NEET 2019 Answer Key:
The motive of releasing the answer key by the authorities is that to provide the opportunity to the candidates to raise the objection to any answer. If a aspirant find one or more answer not correct, he/she can challenge the authority's answer by following the below mentioned steps:
Step 1:Candidate needs to login on the official website using Registration Number provided at time of NEET application procedure, date of birth followed captcha.
Step 2:Candidate needs to click on the “apply for key challenge”
Step 3:A sheet will open in the screen with total number of questions under the first column and second one will mention the respective answers
Step 4: Candidate needs to select the box given against each box for the answer to be challenged.
Step 5: To complete the challenge process, candidate needs to provide the correct answer as per their understanding followed by a justification.
Step 6:After the declaration candidate needs to submit the challenge.
Step 7:In the next step challenger will be redirected to the payment window, for each answer to be challenged candidate needs to pay Rs. 1000 through online mode.
Step 8:After successful submission of challenge, candidate will receive a confirmation.
