NATA exam has ended amongst a mixed reaction among students. the question paper pattern has not stuck to the guidelines mentioned on the brochure which has upsetted quite a number of students. NATA has been held in a single examination window unlike earlier where it was held in multiple sessions.
As per the brochure issued by the NATA conducting authority, 12th grade marks could not be taken into account for giving out admissions. With a 12th grade percentage of 50, the candidate would be allowed to write the exam, only NATA would be worthy of consideration at the time of giving admission to the five year course.
A lot of changes in the paper pattern has surprised the students. The Mathematics section had only arithmetic questions but about 33 questions were asked and a physics section was also introduced without any intimation.
Introduction of these unexpected changes before the exam has dejected both parents and students alike.
