NATA 2017: Exam review

Lot of students had appeared for NATA 2017 and according to them the paper was not in accordance with the scheme of marks and pattern that was supplied to them a little briefly before the exam.

A total of 40,000 students had appeared for NATA exam in 33 cities across the country. The paper initially was in the offline mode on April 16.

The paper had over 33 questions of Mathematics as against 20 questions each carrying 2 marks totalling upto 40. The paper had tested a few questions on Physics which was never mentioned on the brochure.

Students were also not allowed to carry mechanical instruments required for drawing such as set squares which was not a norm earlier.

The Council of Architecture must adere to all of these guidelines that had been issued so that students do not experience unnecessary stress.

However, as per CoA, the pattern mentioned in the brochure is a mere guideline and not necessary that it must adhere strictly to it.
