Most of the post-graduation entrance examination majorly focus on MBA programs of B-Schools, but it is not same for CMAT which is organized by AICTE ( All India Council for Technical Education). After qualifying CMAT candidate is eligible for PGDM, MBA (in a variety of disciplines), PGCM, and executive PGDM programs. Over 1000 colleges in India except for CMAT score. The last date to fill the for is December 10, 2016. However, the eligibility of different post graduate management course affiliated to AICTE, have different cutoff and admission procedure.
CMAT 2017 will be conducted on 28th Januar Ary. Few top colleges that accept CCMAT score are Great Lakes Institute of Management, Changambakkam, ABV- Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, Chennai, Institute for Finacial Management and Research, Prin. LN welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Mumbai, VES Institute of Management Studies and Research, MumbaiKJ Somaiya Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, among others. There are approx 1000 B-schools that accepts admission by CMAT scores.
Result for CMAT 2017 will be announced in the form of ranks on 6th February
The admission process of CMAT 2017 is completed in three steps. Candidates will be shortlisted by their score or rank and will be invited for Personal Interview (PI), Group Discussion (GD),. CMAT uses to held twice a year, but now we have only one exam with over 4 lakh plus seats to be filled.
