MAT 2016 is just around the corner and all the MBA aspirants are set to make a mark on it. AIMA (All Indian Management Association) has announced that their last exam of 2016 will be held on 11 December and last day to apply on 29 November 2016. The choice to take four exams a year make MAT one of the most promising MBA exams, where candidate get ample time to prepare. MAT exam is for 150 minutes where candidates need to answer 200 question in Five different sections.
 
Over the years students have tried every trick in the trade to crack exams like these, be it coaching or latest sample paper etc. Here are few tips to get you all set for MAT 2016
 
Time Division :- It's very important when you attempt exam like these, where your race is not just against time but against all those tricky questions that are distributed over 5 sections. You can move from one section to another quickly so that there is a balance. The best way to manage time is to start from more tricky sections first such mathematical skills section or data analysis and sufficiency.
 
Basic questions :- The cutoff for MAT is 98 and above percentile to get a call from best B-schools of India, and to achieve that, candidates need to make sure that while preparing they cover all the basics topics. First level problems from all the sections can bring marks
 
For language Comprehension:- Read several articles and books that will help you in reading and increase your speed of reading articles
 
Data analysis section:- it's one of the most tricky sections so practice it regularly
