The students registering for the Joint Entrance Examination 2018 should attempt the JEE Main Mock Test available on the JEE Main official website prior to appearing for the examination on the D-day. The JEE Main Mock Test is available only for the Computer Based Mode. The students who have selected the pen and paper based mode should solve last year's papers available on different websites before they appear for the final examination.

The ways to access JEE Main Mock Examination are as follows:

The JEE Main Official Website would be required to be visited by the candidate.

The link marked " Mock Test for Computer Based Examination" should be visited by the candidate.

The candidate should log in using their User ID and password.

The candidate should then sign in.
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2018, which is mandatory for admission to the engineering colleges and eligibility examination for JEE Advanced, would be held on April 8, 2018, Sunday (offline) and JEE Main 2018 in an online mode on April 15 and 16, 2018.
The JEE Main Admit Card is slated to release anytime this week. The CBSE had mentioned in the Information Bulletin that the Admit card would be released in the second week of March. Tentative date declaration has been for March 12, 2018.The Examination is slated to be conducted in various cities and towns in India as well as abroad. The complete list of JEE Main Timelines and Test centers have been mentioned in the information bulletin on the official website. Apart from major Indian cities, countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Nepal are some of the few at an international level.
The candidate attempting JEE Main should have been born after 1 October 1993. A candidate applying should have passed Grade 12 or Intermediate and must have appeared or qualified in Grade 12 Examination in the year 2016 or 2017, or should be appearing in the Grade 12 examination in the year 2018.
JEE Main 2018 Result, score of the students and JEE Main All India Rank would be declared by April 30, 2018. The rank would be comprising of All India Rank and All India Category Rank. Only All India Rank would be used for admissions through Central Seat Allocation Board to NITs/IIITs/CFTIs/SFIs and others, other ranks would be used for information purposes. Only top 2.24 Lakh candidates writing JEE Main would be eligible to write JEE Advanced.
