JEE Main 2020 Analysis for B. Arch, B. Plan, and B. E./B. Tech

JEE Main 2020 Exam is starting from today i.e. 6th January 2020 and would continue to be conducted until 9th January 2020. Students appearing in the exam help others by providing a brief analysis of question paper as soon as the examination ends. This analysis is then converted by the exam experts and coaching institutes into the explanation of what type of questions are being asked in the exam and how one can tackle such questions. This detailed description of question papers helps students derive important instructions they must follow to appear through the exam.

This article is an attempt to help students understand the various aspects of the exam such as the most difficult section, easiest questions asked in the exam, questions out of syllabus, etc.

JEE Main 2020 Exam is being held in two shifts i.e. from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

JEE Main 2020 – Changes in JEE Main Exam Pattern

  • JEE Main Exam is conducted in Computer Based Mode for all the three papers.
  • Students must notice that the question paper of JEE Main exam will be available in Hindi, English, and Gujarati languages.
  • The students appearing in the exam must complete the exam in 3 hours of duration.

Marking Scheme of JEE Main 2020

  • Students will be rewarded with +4 marks for each correct answer.
  • There is no negative marking for numerical type questions.
  • In MCQs, 1 mark would be deducted as penalty in case of an incorrect answer.
  • 1 mark would be deducted in case students choose multiple answers in MCQ.
