JEE Main 2019 Paper 1 Result has been announced on the official website of JEE Main i.e. jeemain.nic.in on January 19, 2019 (Saturday). The result has been declared 12 days before the scheduled date with 15 candidates scoring a 100 NTA score across the country.
Soon after the declaration of JEE Main Result, the Union HRD Minister Prakash Jawadekar tweeted, “Ranks would be declared after 2nd JEE to be held in April 2019. For the first time, students have a chance to improve their performance. This is the @narendramodi Govt caring for students and trying to reduce exam stress.”

The HRD Minister also congratulated the students by tweeting, “Nearly 8.75 lakh students took the exam. 15 students are in the 100th percentile. Congratulations to all students who did well. For the first time, @DG_NTA has used the percentile based scoring. This is more scientific and used in best exam world over.”
JEE Main January examination was conducted by NTA from January 8, 2019, to January 12, 2019, across 258 cities. JEE Main April examination is scheduled to be conducted from April 6, 2019, to April 20, 2019, and the JEE Main online application process for the same will commence from February 8, 2019.
The candidates who appeared for JEE Main January examination and have not viewed their result yet can check the following steps to download JEE Main Result 2019:
Step 1: Visit the official website of JEE Main at jeemain.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the link ‘Download Result'
Step 3: Log in by entering your registration number and roll number
Step 4: JEE Main January Result will appear on the screen
Step 5: Download it and take a print out for further references
