JEE Main 2019 Online Mock Test Started For Paper 1 And Paper 2

National Testing Agency (NTA) which is the conducting body of JEE Main 2019, has released the online mock test for Paper I and Paper II. The same can be accessed online on the official website of NTA i.e. nta.ac.in. Candidate needs to log in into the official website through their pre-registered credentials.

JEE Main 2019 Mock Test

Prior to 2019 the national level entrance examination JEE Main was being conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), but in an important decision taken by the government and concerned authorities, responsibility to conduct Joint Entrance examination (JEE-Main) twice a year was given to NTA.

How to download the mock test of JEE Main 2019?

Candidates who wish to take the mock test can only do it through their registered login Id and password.

Follow the below-mentioned steps to download JEE Main 2019 Mock test:

  • Step 1: Candidates should first visit the official website- nta.ac.in and log in there with the credentials.
  • Step 2: A link mentioning 'Mock Test' will appear on the top of the homepage, click on the same.
  • Step 3: Fill in your credentials and agree to instructions to proceed further.
  • Step 4: Candidate will be redirected to the Mock Test page where they can start taking the JEE Main Mock Test 2019.

Both the papers will be conducted online except for the drawing paper of 2nd part of the examination. It was decided earlier in the year by the ministry that there is a need in change of exam pattern of this most sought after the national level exam and a decision to conduct the exam twice a year was taken. Aspiring candidates should be attentive to all the important dates of JEE Main 2019. Knowing the eligibility criteria is equally important.

JEE Main 2019 Eligibility:

  • Candidate must have scored at least of 75 percent in the board exam of class 12, or
  • A rank in the top 20 percentile of the Boards is the minimum required eligibility for JEE Mains 2019.
  • For candidates applying through the reserved category (SC and ST categories) relaxation of 10 percent is given to them, they require only 65 percent in the 12th board exams.
