IIT Roorkee has declared JEE Advanced 2019 result today i.e. on June 14, 2019. Candidates who qualified in JEE Main Paper 1 conducted by the NTA and appeared in the JEE Advanced exam 2019 can now check their results on the official website. To check their JEE Advanced 2019 result, candidates are required to visit official website- and enter their login credentials. 




The result of JEE Advanced 2019 comprises the candidate's name, date of birth, JEE advance roll number, registration number, qualifying status. It also contains category wise All India Ranks (AIR) of the candidates who qualified the exam, their rank in Common Rank List (CRL), subject wise scores in Paper 1 and 2 along with total positive marks and total marks.






Kartikey Gupta who belongs to Maharashtra secured the All India Rank 1 in JEE advanced 2019 by scoring 346 out of 372 marks

The candidates will also receive a text message sent by the authorities regarding the JEE Advanced result 2019 on their registered mobile numbers. However, they will not send any individual rank cards through the message to the candidates.

A total number of 161319 candidates appeared in both papers 1 and 2 in JEE (Advanced) 2019. Out of which 38705 candidates have qualified in JEE Advanced 2019, this year.

Steps to check JEE Advanced Result 2019

Step 1: Visit the official website -

Step 2: Click on 'JEE Advanced 2019 Result' link

Step 3: Enter the ‘Roll Number' and other login details

Step 4: Your JEE Advanced 2019 Result will be displayed on the screen

Step 5: Download the result and take a printout of the result for future reference.

The counseling process/seat allotment round is scheduled to be conducted online from June 19 to July 17.

JEE Advanced 2019 exam was conducted on 27th May 2019. Around 1.7 lakh students appeared for the JEE Advanced 2019 exam. There is a total of 23 IITs in India with approximately 11,279 seats.

Tie Breaking Policy

If two or more candidates secures the same rank, the following policy will be followed:

  • The candidate with the more positive marks will be given preference while allotting rank.
  • If a tie still exists, Candidates with a higher score in Mathematics subject will be given a higher rank.
  • If a tie still exists, Candidates with a higher score in Physics subject will be given a higher rank.
  • If a tie still exists, Candidates will be assigned the same ranks.

JEE Advanced, a national level engineering entrance exam is the second stage of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) for admission in the four-year undergraduate courses in the IITs. This exam is conducted by the seven zonal IITs on a rotational basis annually.
