IBPS RRB Call Letter for Office Assistant released

IBPS RRB has released the admit cards of Office Assistants (Multipurpose) examination for the purpose of recruitment in Regional Rural Banks. Candidates who have qualified the IBPS RRB Prelims and the IBPS RRB Result would be able to download their admit card until November 12, 2017. 

Admit Card

The steps to download the IBPS RRB Admit Card has been mentioned as follows:

  1. The official website of IBPS would be required to clicked for the purpose of downloading the Admit Card for Office Assistants. 
  2. The login page would open up.
  3. The registration number, password and the captcha code would be required to be entered. 
  4. The IBPS RRB Admit card can be downloaded and saved for future correspondence purposes.

The IBPS RRB Mains Examination would be held on November 12, 2017. Candidates would be getting provisionally allotted on the basis of the marks obtained in Mains Examination and the vacancies existing in RRBs. IBPS had released the admit cards of Officers Scale I Examination for recruitment in RRB. The IBPS RRB Main Officers Scale 1 examination would be held on November 5, 2017.

An information handout has been issued by the commission for Office Assistants (Multipurpose Examination) The handout should be read carefully. Candidates who have cleared the Preliminary Exam would have qualified for Main. 

The General instructions that are mentioned on the handout are as detailed below:

  1. Call letter: Roll Number, Date of Birth, Reporting Time and Venue would be given in the call letter. The call letter is not a letter of employment that is issued by RRB.
  2. Attendance: The candidates should be present in the examination hall before the stipulated time as mentioned in the attendance.
  3. Surrender Call Letter: The call letter should be brought with a Photo ID Proof when you arrive at the examination. The candidate would not be allowed to appear in the examination.
  4. Instruction compliance: The candidate should follow instructions given by the test administrators and those given by the administrators at all stages of the examination.
  5. Items like textual material, paper bits, Mobile Phone, Geometry/Pencil Box, Calculator, Scale, Pen Drive shall not be allowed.
  6. Ornaments like the ring, earring, nose pin, pendants, badge and brooch would be checked properly. 
  7. The candidate should not leave their seat unless allowed.
  8. A ballpoint pen, pencil, and eraser can be carried to the examination hall.
  9. Rough work would have to be done in the sheets that are provided to the students.
  10. No traveling allowance or expenses in connection with the examination would be paid by the student.
