IBPS Clerk Admit Card 2018 Released, Download before December 15

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has released the admit card for IBPS Clerk 2018 examination on its official website ibps.in. The admit card is released for the IBPS clerk preliminary examination 2018 (CWE Clerk VIII) and the same can be downloaded from the official website by December 15, 2019. IBPS-Clerk 2018 Admit Card is an important document is a mandatory document to appear for the examination and candidate will not be allowed in the examination centre.

This year IBPS plans to appoint more than 7,260 clerks on basis of IBPS Clerk 2018 Result. Like previous years, the exam will be conducted in 2 phases, the 1st selection exam is IBPS clerk preliminary exam followed by IBPS clerk Mains examination. The candidates who clear the preliminary examination will only be allowed to appear for the Main examination and candidate who also qualify the mains examination will be eligible to fill the clerical posts of the participating banks.

Steps to download the IBPS Clerk 2018 Admit card:

  • Step 1: Candidates who are successfully registered for the examination needs to visit the official website at ibps.in
  • Step 2: Click on the link of “Common Recruitment Process for Clerical Cadre VIII” followed by “Download Online Preliminary Exam Call Letter for CRP Clerks VIII”
  • Step 3: Aspirants on the admit card needs to fill all the required details like registration number, password and date of birth.
  • Step 4: Enter the captcha and submit the details to go to the admit card page.
  • Step 5: Check the details available on the admit card/hall ticket and download the same.

As per the scheduled released by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection the IBPS Clerk 2018 Preliminary examination will be conducted between 8th, 9th December and 15th, 16th December. The result is scheduled to be released between the last weeks of December 2018 to 1st week of January 2019. The Main examination is scheduled to be conducted on January 20, 2019. The allotment of the respective banks to the qualified candidate will be done by April 2019. The candidate is advised to keep a track of all the IBPS Clerk Important dates and to miss out any information.

As per the IBPS Clerk Exam Pattern, the preliminary examination will be of 60 minutes duration and the candidate needs to answer 100 questions in the allotted time duration. The entire question paper will be divided into 3 segments and a total of 100 marks. To clear the preliminary examination candidate needs to attempt maximum question with the right answer. For IBPS PO Main candidate will get a total of 40 minutes to attend 190 questions. The question paper will be divided into 4 sections and carry 200 marks. There are negative marks of 0.25 for wrong answers of objective type of questions.
