How to Fill JIPMER 2017 Form for MBBS

JIPMER 2017 MBBS Application form can be completed in these easy steps:
 
1. Filling candidate’s Information
2. Uploading Scanned photograph and signature
3. Submitting application form
4. Fee Payment 
 
Step 1:  Filling candidate’s Information
 
This is the first step where the candidates need to enter their personal details, correspondence address and educational qualification. Candidates have to fill the exact details asked in the form such as their full name, DOB, father and mother's name, gender, nationality, etc are to be filled in the specific fields. Therefore, candidates are advised to fill all the requisite details carefully. After filling in all the details candidates have to select up to 3 examination centre from the drop down list. The final allotment of examination centre will be done on the first-come-first-serve basis along.
 
Step 2: Uploading Scanned photograph and signature
 
After filling the form completely, the candidates have to upload their digital signature and photograph in the required format and size. The photograph of the candidate must be taken with a placard showing candidate’s name and date of taking the photograph.
 
Details of Photograph
The photograph should be a coloured one in passport size in a light background
Black and white/Polaroid photos will be rejected
Picture must be clicked after January 31, 2017
The size of the photograph must be between 20 KB to 200 KB and width must be 30 mm X 45 mm
 Signature specification
Candidates have to upload their digital signature of 80 mm X 35 mm, taken on paper with a black ball point pen. The size of the signature must not be more than 20 KB and 200 KB.
 
Step 3: Submit JIPMER MBBS application form 2017
 
After filling all the necessary details in JIPMER MBBS 2017, candidates have to submit the application form. Before the final submission, the candidate can check the preview of the form and check all the information. Once the final submission is carried out the candidate cannot alter the information once provided so it is advised to check and recheck all the information given in the form.
 
Step 4: Payment of application fee
 
The application fee of JIPMER 2017 form is to be paid online only, i.e. Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking. 
Fee For JIPMER 2017 
General, OBC, NRI and OCI categories: - Rs.1000 + transaction charges
SC, ST, and OPH categories:- Rs.800 + transaction charges .
 
After the fee payment of JIPMER 2017 is done, a final applicant page will be generated. Candidates are advised to take a print out.
