JEE Main 2020 - The Coronavirus outbreak has led to the postponement of various entrance examinations and one such exam is JEE Main 2020 which is, undoubtedly, one of the most sought after and prominent engineering entrance examinations famous amongst students. Though there have been several attempts made amid COVID-19 outbreak, the final dates of JEE Main 2020 April haven’t been confirmed yet. The spread of COVID-19 across the world has severely affected various fields which resulted into lockdown across the country. The government of India imposed lockdown in order to prevent the deadly coronavirus from spreading amongst citizens.
There is no doubt that aspirants of JEE Main have been given more than enough time to prepare themselves for the examination. Here, in this article, I have explained a few tricks using which students can ace JEE Main 2020 Examination given they have gone through JEE Main Syllabus thoroughly.
Don't Lockdown Your Preparation
Since JEE Main 2020 April was scheduled to be conducted from 5th April 2020 to 11th April 2020, JEE Main Aspirants must have gone through the entire syllabus of JEE Main and made themselves aware of all the possible aspects of JEE Main 2020. Though the actual dates of JEE Main haven’t been disclosed by the National Testing Agency (NTA), the conducting body of examination, the recent notifications say that the exam may be held during the 2nd or 3rd week of June 2020.
Students must keep a close watch on the official website of JEE Main i.e. jeemain.nta.nic.in as the official notification stating the revised schedule of the exam may get posted anytime soon now.
Here are a few tips to continue with the preparation of JEE Main Exam:
Students have been advised to stay back at home and prepare for the examination thus maintaining social distance from their friends, teachers, or classmates. Online classes are the best option to prepare for the exam. Not only it would help students prepare for the examination but also save their time of travelling.
Before appearing in any entrance examination, it is imperative to go through its syllabus thoroughly and be aware of the examination pattern as it plays a vital role while taking the exam. Candidates would be able to understand the type and number of questions asked in the concerned examination.
Taking regular mock tests would not help students increase their efficiency and make them realize where they stand in preparation. Aspirants of JEE Main can access their ability and become familiar with their strength and weakness topics asked in the examination. Candidates would also be able to figure out their doubts and clear them in online classes.
Self-motivation and self confidence are two major keys to successfully qualify the examination. Studying for long duration without any break is not what any examination requires. You should instead take small and frequent breaks before jumping from one topic to another. One more thing that you can do is revise the already prepared topic in these short breaks.
So, folks, the actual dates of JEE Main 2020 might get disclosed anytime soon now. At least, we know it’s not going to be conducted before the last week of June 2020. You have been rewarded with sufficient time that you can either utilize or waste depending upon your interest of how hard you want to qualify the examination.
