GPAT Registration Deadline extended to December 25, 2017

AICTE has revised the registration for GPAT 2018 until December 25, 2017. Candidates not yet registered for the examination are advised to make use of this revision to their benefit.

GPAT is a national level examination conducted by AICTE for pharmacy graduates intending to get admitted in the M.Pharm course. All AICTE Approved and affiliated institutions/University Department/Constituent and Affiliated Colleges would be considering GPAT scores for admission into their Postgraduate programs.

The GPAT Examination would be conducted on January 21, 2018.

Candidates should check their eligibility criteria before applying for the GPAT Examination. The GPAT Eligibility Criteria is detailed as below:

The Applicant must be a citizen of India.
Applicant should have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (4 years after completion of 10+2, inclusive of lateral entry).
Candidates in the final year of B.Pharm course are also eligible for appearing in the GPAT examination.
B.tech students from pharmaceutical and fine chemical technology branches are not eligible to apply.

Candidates are required to have the following details on hand prior to beginning the GPAT Registration process.

All the qualification documents of the applicant.
A valid email ID which should have been functional over the previous 6 months.
A valid mobile number
A scanned copy of the latest photograph
A scanned copy of the signature of the applicant

The steps to apply for GPAT 2018 have been detailed as below:

The candidates are required to visit the official website.
The candidates would have to click on "New Registration".
The application process would be required to be completed.
The registration fee can either be paid online or via cash payment at the SBI.
The confirmation page can be printed and stored for future reference.

Applicants are also required to go through the details that they have specified on the GPAT Application, as the same cannot be changed after submission. The candidates would also be requiring a valid email ID and address that would be functional for communication purposes. A 140*160 size scanned copy of photograph would also be required that would be lesser than 30 kb in terms of size.
