GATE 2019: Exam conducted successfully, Get detailed on later events

The Indian Institute of Technology, Madras has successfully conducted the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, popularly known as GATE 2019 exam for 24 papers. GATE is a national-level Post Graduate Engineering Entrance Examination, conducted jointly by IITs and IISc. This year a new subject i.e. Statistics was introduced by the examination conducting authority.

Following are the things that happened after GATE 2019 examination:

#1. Response Sheet:

The candidate who appeared for GATE examination this year can check their responses that have been released on the official website of GOAPS i.e. GATE Online Application Process System. The responses will be available only for those candidates who appeared for GATE 2019.

#2. Provisional GATE Official Answer Key:

IIT has released a provisional GATE Official Answer Key on the official website. The examination conducting authority released each question paper with one answer key in the pdf format. This will provide an idea to the candidates regarding their performance in the examination.

#3. Challenging Answer Key:

Candidates can challenge the official answer key released by IIT Madras by paying the required fee amount. Candidates who are planning to challenge the answer key must follow the prescribed criteria before the due date.

#4. Final Answer Key:

IIT Madras will soon be releasing the Final Answer Key for 24 subjects of GATE 2019 on the official website. Candidates can check the Final Answer Key and analyze their performance in GATE 2019 and can also calculate their expected score.

#5. Validity of GATE Score:

GATE Score will be valid for three years from the declaration of GATE 2019 Result. GATE Result will be announced by IIT Madras on the official website on March 16, 2019, and candidates would be able to download their scorecard from March 20, 2019, onwards.
