NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (NEET) 2017 Counselling will be done through online mode. NEET is a national level entrance test regulated by the CBSE. It is organised for students who are seeking admission into UG medical & dental courses (MBBS/BDS). Aspirants can check the complete procedure of NEET Counselling 2017.
The counselling for NEET 2017 will be supervised by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The committee is made up of Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. It was established to conduct online counseling for 15% All India Quota seats for MBBS/BDS courses.
The counselling in 2017 will kick start from the third week of June 2017. Only NEET qualified candidates can appear in the counselling process. After clearing NEET 2017 candidates have to register themselves for the counselling process to confirm their seats in MBBS/BDS course & colleges.
NEET Counselling Procedure
The counselling will be organised in three rounds. Which are as follows:
Online Registration: First of all the candidates has to register themselves by filling their basic details. Without this, they will not be able to participate in the counselling procedure. After the first step they candidates will get a unique USER ID & PASSWORD in their registered email Id & mobile number. Candidates have to register with the given user id & password for further procedure.
Choice Filling & Locking: Now, candidates have to finalise their choice of medical/dental colleges & courses as per their preference.
