Joint Seat Allocation Authority, JoSSA has released the first-round seat allotment result for admissions to IITs, NITs and other institutions on June 27, 2019. Candidates who have applied for the counseling process after qualifying JEE Mains or Advanced, can visit the official website-jossa.nic.in to check the round 1 seat allotment result.
The candidates who have been allotted a seat in the first round of seat allocation are required to report at the reporting centers for document verification and acceptance of seat from June 28 to July 2, 2019, between 10 AM to 5 PM.
Step 1: Visit the official website of JoSAA- jossa.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the ‘View Seat Allotment Result of Round 1' link.
Step 3: Enter your JEE Mains Application number along with the password to log-in.
Step 4: View your allotment status.
Step 5: Download and take a printout of the seat allotment letter.
Candidates who are allotted a seat have to pay the seat acceptance fee. Candidates are required to submit certain documents at the reporting centers. After document verification, the original documents will be returned while photocopies will be retained by the reporting centers.
Second round seat allotment result will be declared by 5 PM on July 3, 2019.
