CAT 2018: Registrations Extended till September 26

The Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta has extended the last date of CAT Registration from September 19, 2018, to September 26, 2018. The online application process for CAT 2018 examination commenced on August 8, 2018. The candidates aspiring to appear for the CAT examination must register themselves on the official website of CAT at iimcat.ac.in before September 26, 2018.

According to the notification released by the institute, there are no further changes in the examination schedule. CAT 2018 examination is scheduled to be conducted on November 25, 2018, in two sessions i.e. morning session & afternoon session across 147 cities. While CAT 2018 Registration, the candidates will be given an option to select four test cities in order of preference.

Steps to Register for CAT 2018:

Visit the official website of CAT at iimcat.ac.in.
On the right side of the homepage, click the link ‘New Candidate Registration’.
Provide all the required information such as Personal Details, Academic details, Mailing and Postal address details and upload the required documents.
Pay the CAT Application fee and submit the form

The candidate seeking to appear for CAT examination must possess a Bachelors’ Degree with a minimum of 50 percent aggregate from a recognized university. A relaxation of 5 percent is provided to the candidates of reserved category. The candidates appearing for the final year of Graduation can also appear for CAT examination.
