AIIMS 2019: Application Process for Post Graduate courses Started

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi has released the notification for AIIMS PG 2019 January session entrance examination. The online application process for AIIMS 2019 has already started and the last date to apply for the same is September 20, 2018. The candidates aspiring to seek admission to the Post Graduate MD, MS, MCh, DM and MDS courses offered by AIIMS New Delhi, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur and Rishikesh must visit the official website of AIIMS at aiimsexams.org and complete the online application process before the mentioned date.
According to the notification released AIIMS, New Delhi, the institute has also introduced a new Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR) facility which “is being initiated for the Post Graduate Medical and Dental Entrance Examinations for the January 2019 session onwards and will be extended shortly to the MBBS Entrance Examination and other examinations subsequently.”
The step has been taken to initiate the online application in advance and also to minimize the number of applications which get rejected annually due to incorrect details provided by the candidates. The new facility will comprise of a two-stage process, the first stage involving the Basic Registration for all the examinations conducted by the AIIMS, New Delhi and the second stage involving Final Registration which will be exam-specific.

The examination for Dental Courses will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, whereas the same for Medical Courses will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon on November 18, 2018.
Currently, the Basic Registration process for MD, MS and BDS Courses has been started and the Final Registration will commence from October 5, 2018. Once the Basic Registration Process will complete, the prospectus and the list of tentative seats will be released by the institute. This will enable the candidate to decide whether they wish to appear for the mentioned session or not. The candidates who wish to appear can proceed further towards Final Registration process.
Final Registration will include following steps:
- Providing Qualification details
- Choosing the examination city
- Paying Online Application Fee
After completing the Final Registration Process, the AIIMS PG Admit Card of eligible candidates will be issued.
