The result can be checked on the official website of JIPMER. Results would be out in the third week of June. A merit list is usually prepared on the basis of percentile achieved by the candidates. Merit list would be prepared separately for different categories.

JIPMER MBBS result is usually published after the exam. The result of the exam is shows marks, percentile and also ranks in the merit list. Only test takers who manage to get marks that equal cutoff or more than the threshold get a position in JIPMER merit list.
You would get admitted in JIPMER Puducherry or Karaikal on the basis of medical entrance examination subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
The JIPMER MBBS result would be declared on or before June 20, 2019.
Normalization is the process for ensuring students are neither in an advantageous or disadvantageous position by the difficulty of entrance exams which is conducted in 2 shifts.
Candidates would get arranged in order of percentile score for the afternoon and morning shift to arrive at the overall merit list.

JIPMER Result would be announced by Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research on the official JIPMER Website. Candidates appearing for JIPMER can check their result in an online mode. The JIPMER Result would contain the names of candidates qualifying the examination and getting selected for JIPMER Counselling. Separate JIPMER Merit List shall be released for Part 1 and Part 2 of the examination. The candidates can check their JIPMER Result from the JIPMER MBBS Merit List.

Raw Score is usually converted into a percentile. The Percentile Calculation Formula is as follows:

Percentile Score is found up to 7 decimal places.

JIPMER combines percentile scores for total marks of two shifts to create the JIPMER MBBS Merit List.
The method of resolving ties for JIPMER are as follows:
The importance of marks across various subjects would be used to resolve ties across various subjects where two or more candidates seem to have the same percentile.

Biology: A candidate with a higher percentile in Biology gets a better rank.

Chemistry: A candidate with a higher Chemistry percentile gets a better rank if Biology Percentile is the same.

English Language and Comprehension: A candidate with a higher percentile in this subject gets a better rank if the physics percentile is a tie.
