The All India Institute of Medical Sciences- New Delhi conducts AIIMS MBBS entrance examination to provide admissions to MBBS courses offered by AIIMS New Delhi, Patna, Bhopal, Jodhpur, Bhubaneshwar, Rishikesh, Raipur, Guntur and Nagpur.

According to the NIRF Ranking, AIIMS- New Delhi is the best medical college in the country. AIIMS entrance examination is one of the most prestigious entrance examinations of India with Lakh of aspirants every year appearing for the examination. AIIMS 2018 examination is scheduled to be conducted on May 26 & May 27, 2018 and now is the prime time to fruitfully convert your years of preparation into the best result. Here are some important last-minute tips that will surely help you in achieving better Rank in AIIMS MBBS Examination.

Important Preparation Tips:

Regular Mock Tests- Try to solve as many mock tests as possible. Mock test will help you in developing time management skill while writing the main examination. Do remember to analyze your mistakes in the mock tests and work on them.

Hours of Self-study- Spend at least 9 hours of your daily routine in self-study. Revise all the topics and check if any of the concepts have remained uncovered. Understand the basic concepts of each topic and make small notes or pointers which will help you while revision on the final day.

Trust Your Plan- Don't get confused with what others are doing. You would surely be following a plan until now. Stick to your plan religiously as you have been preparing accordingly for months or might be since years. So, trust yourself and the plan you had been following since long.

Revise- Don't forget to revise any of the topics which you have covered earlier. Revise each subject meticulously and go through the small pointers which you must have prepared during your preparation days.

Focus on what you Know- This is not the right time to start an entirely new topic. Stay focused on what you have been studying till now. Starting a new topic may confuse you and aggravate pressure on you.

Remember Your NEET days- Most of the students who appear for AIIMS, do appear for NEET also. If you are one of them then just go through your NEET study material. You can also solve NEET sample papers.

Don't Stress and Enjoy Preparations- Don't stress yourself and stay focused. You have been preparing for this exam since a long period and now is the time to perform in the examination. Believe in yourself and enjoy what you are doing as you have been preparing for it for a long time. Take small breaks after every 2-3 hours of rigorous studies.

Subject-wise Tips for AIIMS 2018:

Physics- Clear your concepts. Practice different patterns of numerical and revise all the formulas and tricks.

Chemistry- By now you must have surely maintained separate sheets for formulas and equations. It's time to revise them as much as possible. Keep them handy so that you can have a look at them while being engaged in other rituals.

Biology- Focus on NCERT. Revise all the topics from NCERT thoroughly and make sure that no topic is left uncovered. In NEET 2018 question paper, the major portion of biology section was from NCERT. So, don't forget to cover each topic from there.

General Knowledge- Revise all your current affair notes. Watch the news and check whether you have missed any scoop from the past few months or not. If yes, then just read about it.
