Candidates for admission may submit their applications for admission to the UG programs online at the university's official website. They can submit the form by downloading it online and mailing it in.

1. Visit the official website and select the "Downloads" tab at the very top of the screen.
2. Simply select "Download Application Form."
3. Your browser will direct you to a page where you must enter your name, phone number, and email address.
4. Click "Download Application Form" once more to return to the downloads page after this has been submitted.
5. Print out the form and save a copy of it.
6. Before submitting, choose the course for which you want to apply and complete all necessary fields.
7. Attach photos and photocopies of all necessary documents.
8. Send a DD for the application fee and this completed application form to the Institute by mail.
9. The application kit is priced at Rs. 500.
10. The Rs. 500 demand draft must be made payable in Hyderabad to "ROOTS on State Bank of India."
11. Prior to the start of the admission selection process, the downloaded form may also be submitted in person, along with the required cash or check payment. This is known as on-site submission.
