Ramthakur College Details

Ramthakur College was established in 1967 by Late Pramod Ranjan Bhatta. It is a public college. It is located in Agartala, West Tripura. This college is affiliated to Tripura university. It is approved by DEB (Distance Education Bureau). Presently the college has Arts, Science and Commerce streams with approximately 3000 students. The college campus is spread over 6.34 Acres of land. It is accredited by NAAC with B Grade in 2011. 

Ramthakur College offers various undergraduate courses in the fields of arts, commerce and science. UG courses includes BA, B.Com and B.Sc. Honours courses are also available. The admission criteria to these programs of study are based on merit marks as per guidelines of Tripura University. This college provides various facilities such as there is a library which has multiple subjects books in in Social Sciences, Humanities and Sciences. The library has over 47,000 books, audiovisual items, lots of E-journals.
