Prince Institute of Innovative Technology Noida, also known as PIIT Greater Noida commenced its establishment in the academic year of 2002 and is being run under the aegis of Bharat Veerangana Avantibai Educational Sansthan. The college has been affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) which is now known as AKTU. The college has also been approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Distance Education Council (DEC).
