The merit of the qualifying exam and the counseling session led by the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) determine the admission process. On the official HSTES website, candidates must register online and select their colleges and course preferences. The candidates’ rank and preferences will be taken into consideration for allocating seats.

By contacting the college directly, individuals can also apply for direct admission through the management quota. 
It’s possible that the cost of management quota seats is higher than the cost of government seats.
