The Integral Institute of Advanced Management (IIAM) was established in the academic year of 1987. It is a private institute with ‘Autonomous' status and situated in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. It has been approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The primary purpose of the institute is to impart relevant concepts to the students coming from different segments of the society, that later helps improve the analytical ability by using relevant techniques of management studies.

The main objectives of the institute are mentioned following:

The infrastructure of the institute is spread over an area of 3 acres providing all the basic amenities and a subtle corporate environment to its students. The library of the institute consists of almost 7000 relevant books and a total of 62 magazines and journals. The books are of latest edition and informative. The classrooms are well furnished and properly ventilated. The institute has professional and social clubs that help integrate and develop career goals. It helps students enhance personal, social and leadership skills. Keeping in mind students' health, the institute also provides Gymnasium and sports facilities. This keeps students developed in all the aspects. Cultural and Festival events are organized by the concerned authority to keep the affinity among students. These events bring harmony and peace among the students. The students of the institute are facilitated with Wi-Fi as well, thus making information accessibility easier. Properly equipped projector rooms, huge computer laboratories, sports room are some of the main aspects of IIAM.

IIAM Course includes one program offered at the postgraduate level. The program offered by the institute is Post Graduate Diploma in Management. The program is offered under several specializations such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations, Digital Marketing, International Business, and Industrial Management. The candidates seeking admission to the program offered by the institute must ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria defined by the institute.

  • The candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in the relevant field securing at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.

IIAM Admission requires registration by visiting the official website of the institute and filling the application form. The application form can also be obtained from the admission office of the institute.

  • Candidates seeking admission must hold a valid score in CAT/MAT/ICET/XAT/GMAT/CMAT or ATMA. The candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in the entrance examination followed by group discussion and personal interview rounds conducted at the institute.
  • The institute also conducts its very own entrance examination known as IIAM MET for admission to PGDM program.

The Placement and Training cell of IIAM has collaboration with many reputed organizations. Students are given an elaborated understanding of organizational culture, career opportunities, information on companies' profile and possible opportunities. The institute organizes various skill enhancement events to encourage students to put forth their ideas. The companies that have visited the institute are Cipla, Axis bank, Google, Infosys, TATA and many more.
