Admission of a student to the above course shall be on the basis of merit.
Minimum Eligibility
Passed the examination for the Bachelor’s Degree in any of the faculties of the University or any other statutory University or Examination recognised as equivalent thereto or last higherexamination specified under the rules approved by Bar Council of India with 45% marks in aggregate (relaxable upto 5% in the case of students of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes). Provided candidate having less than 45% marks in aggrigate but not less than 40% marks at the Degree Examinatin shall be eligible for admission after he/ she has qualified on securing minimum 50% aggregate marks in the entrance test conducted by the University.
