Bizooka 2.0 by SIIB
Bizooka 2.0, the annual B plan Competition, organized by the students of Entrepreneurship Cell of Symbiosis Institute of International Business was successfully held on 23rd & 24th of December. In order to facilitate this vision of promoting entrepreneurship in India, this competition was organized and various teams from many B Schools across India were invited to compete and present their Business plans.
Last year this Event was organized under the umbrella of IGNISENSE, but after the success of the event, this year Bizooka emerged as a platform for potential ideas and early stage start-ups to evaluate their plan in the risk-free environment of a competition. The event was held in association with TiE Pune and CollegeSearch as the search partner.
The event witnessed a tremendous participation from various B-schools across the nation with teams coming from colleges like SP Jain, NMIMS, and IIT – Kharagpur. Angel Investors, Venture capitalist and Incubation center head were among the judges for the competition. A battle of sorts, Bizooka 2.0 proved to be an ultimate showdown of brilliant B-Plans from across the country. A team from IIT Kharagpur won the B Plan competition. There were Start-up founders sharing their Rollercoaster story and motivated the students about Starting up and Starting Big!
Bizooka 2.0 also included a very enticing “My Story session” with founders of start-ups like Hello Curry, Haptik and Rush Hours. These founders shared their experiences and their motivational drive towards the business which gave the budding entrepreneurs a clear insight and Know- how of the Business.
