Candidates who have scheduled a test date and wish to cancel or reschedule it must do so four full days before the scheduled test date. Rescheduling tests by mail, email, or at the test center is NOT permitted. To reschedule, candidates must call their Regional Registration Centre (India - 91-124-4147700) and provide their full name and appointment number. The fee for rescheduling the test is US$60.
ETS TOEFL has established payment policies that candidates must adhere to. Candidates must pay the entire fee at the time the service is requested, and they must have the correct numerical amount and any required signature(s).
As a payment method, ETS TOEFL accepts all American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, Diners Club®, Mastercard®, and VISA® credit/debit cards. Electronic checks (e-checks) are also accepted, but must be drawn on a bank in the United States, the United States Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or Canada, and must be in US dollars only. Modes of payment that are NOT accepted are cash or demand drafts, post-dated checks, any currency other than U.S. dollars (for payments not made by credit/debit card), receipts for bank checks, UNESCO® coupons, and Western Union®.

According to ETS, the TOEFL exam's governing body, the following payment methods are acceptable for TOEFL Exam Fee. Along with American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, China Union Pay®, Diners Club®, Mastercard®, and VISA®, other payment methods are accepted.
The TOEFL test fees include the candidate's TOEFL scores being sent to four universities/institutions at the time of registration. Candidates who want to send their TOEFL results to more than the four pre-selected universities can do so by paying an additional TOEFL score sending fee. The TOEFL score reporting fee is $20.00 per recipient. In Indian rupees, the TOEFL score sending fee is approximately INR 1487.43 (US $1 = INR74.37).
