The eligibility criteria for BBA LLB are quite simple and straightforward. Although the criteria may vary from university to university and college to college, the basic eligibility requirements are as follows:

  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 with economics, English, and statistics as their main subjects.

BBA LLB Admission Process

Different colleges have different admission process and criteria. Some colleges accept national or state law entrance exams score, and other conduct their own university level entrance exams. Among others, some colleges do provide admissions based on personal interview rounds.

How to Apply for BBA LLB?

Here is a step-by-step process on how to apply for BBA LLB course:

Step 1: Registration

Colleges and institutes release registration dates before the admission process starts. Students must visit the website and create an account by filling up all the necessary details like name, academic email, mobile no. with utmost care.

Step 2: Submission of Documents

Students must submit all the required documents like 10th marksheet, 12th marksheet, diploma marksheet (if a diploma holder). The documents must be uploaded in the proper format (jpg, pdf, doc) and file size as mentioned on the admission portal of that particular college.

Step 3: Application Fees

After filling up details and documents, students must submit the application fee through NEFT or net banking. It must be noted the application fee may vary as per the category of the candidate- general, OBC, SC, ST, etc.

Step 4: Download Admit Card

Prior to the examination, admit cards are released by the concerned authorities. Student must download and take a printout of the same, which will be used on the day of the examination.

Step 5: Appear for Entrance Exam

Students must prepare for the entrance exam as per the syllabus and practise mock tests. On the date of the examination, students must appear at the centre with the admit card to take the exam.

Step 6: Check the Result

Typically, the authorities release the result within a week to month after the examination. Students must check the result on the official website. If they have successfully qualified the exam, they can proceed to the next step.

Step 7: Counselling and Seat Allotment

Counselling rounds are held for students who have qualified the examinations and seats are allotted as per the score received by the student. Students must fulfil all the admission criteria and pay the fees at the college to secure the seat.
